Can I change my order after placing it?
You have a 1-hour window after placing an order to contact us for changes. After that, your order may have already entered production.
How do I track my order?
Use our Order Tracker with your order number, or check your dispatch confirmation email for the tracking link.
How long does personalisation take?
Personalised items take 1–2 extra business days before dispatch. See our Personalisation Guide for full details.
Can I see a preview before ordering?
Yes — the product page shows a live monogram preview as you type. For laser engraving, the text appears exactly as typed.
What fonts are available?
Our in-house artisans use the classic Signaturra serif script for all personalisation. Font choice is not currently available.
What leather do you use?
We use full-grain vegetable-tanned leather sourced from certified European tanneries. It develops a beautiful patina over time.
How do I care for my leather product?
Keep away from direct sunlight and water. Use a leather conditioner every 6 months. For cleaning, wipe gently with a dry cloth.
Can I return a personalised item?
Unfortunately not — personalised items are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned unless faulty. Please see our Returns Policy.
